Product Overview

Automotive electronics housings are deep, and glue has to climb the side walls without trapping air. A 3 axis machine cannot keep the nozzle normal to the wall. This 5 axis potting robot adds two rotary axes so the valve follows the cavity contour, fills from the bottom up and keeps voids out of the potting layer.
